A neighbourhood renewal project aims to upgrade the quality of older HDB estates while keeping established communities intact. The design process involves actively engaging residents in shaping their neighbourhood through public consultation.

Redhill NRP aims to revitalise the existing neighbourhood with improved accessibility and community living. This project includes covered linkways to improve accessibility and therapeutic gardens delicately woven into the neighbourhood. A sports park and multiple fitness corners with exercise equipment suitable for different ages are also introduced to promote an active, tight-knit neighbourhood.
