Church of Our Saviour

Church of Our Saviour (COOS) is situated along Margaret Drive with a site area of 3562 square meters at the former Venus Theatre.

To maximise the permissible plot ratio to 1.6, a 4-storey extension with roof terrace and 4 levels of basement for car parking are proposed adjacent to the existing building. New facilities include a sky terrace with lush landscape around the prayer rooms at 2nd storey, COOS Office at 3rd storey and Multi Purpose Hall with adjacent roof terrace at 4th storey.

The triple volume concourse at the 1st storey allows for visual connectivity between all floors and is left largely open for Church members to freely engage in fellowship before/after services with refreshments served outside the main worship auditorium. The Upper Roof Terrace can be used by Church members as an extended outdoor area for gatherings.
